The downtown Petoskey public restrooms were in dire need of repair and expansion. Freshwater Charch was the low bidder on the project and hired to rebuild and expand the restrooms to handle more volume and improve the aesthetics to match the upscale feel of the gaslight district in Petoskey.

Freshwater Charch worked closely with the City of Petoskey’s representatives and architect to acheive their goal on time and on budget.
